Welcome to the official website of the West Acton Community Centre — a place where people of all ages and backgrounds come together to learn, connect, and grow. Whether you're here to join a fitness class, attend a local event, or simply find out what's happening in your neighbourhood, you've come to the right place.

The West Acton Community Association set up in the 1980s - running the West Acton Community Centre - has launched its new website. The new website is a way for local people and those further afield to keep up to date with what programmes the centre runs across a wide range of age groups.

There are over 15+ regular groups making use of the centre from parent-and-toddler groups to yoga sessions, art classes, and senior socials — there’s something for everyone at West Acton.

We continuously look to offer new programmes, recently we welcomed the ‘Senior Hub’ and ‘Knit and Chat’, and then we have the long-standing groups Ealing Judo, Taekwondo, Arabic School, etc.

Looking for the perfect space for a birthday party, meeting, or workshop? Our flexible and affordable rooms are available for hire.

Visit us at Churchill Gardens, London W3 0db 123

The object of the Association is to promote the benefit of the inhabitants of Acton and the neighbourhoods within the London Borough of Ealing, without distinction of sex, sexual orientation, race or political, religious or other opinions, by associating together the said inhabitants and the local authorities, voluntary and other organisations in a common effort to advance education enhancing community development and to provide facilities in the interest of social welfare for recreating and leisure-time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants.

Our facilities include a spacious Main Hall that accommodates up to 120 people, a cozy Small Hall perfect for intimate gatherings, and kitchen facilities to support your catering needs. With convenient parking and excellent transport links, we're easily accessible to all. Over the last five years, the centre has undergone improvements such as LED lighting in- and outside, we recently (January 2025) won a grant from Ealing’s community Climate Grants to install double glazing, which will incur in phases.

What sets us apart is our commitment to being truly community-led. We host regular fundraising events, from NHS seminars to cultural fairs and cake sales that support our programmes and facilities.

Every event, every programme, every gathering is designed to strengthen the bonds that make West Acton special. Open seven days a week from 7 AM to 11 PM, we're here when you need us.

The Management Committee – all volunteers - meets six times a year. And regular meetings are held with user groups to ensure their needs are met at all times.
